Welcome to our new-format PC Review News and Reviews section. In each edition we'll be getting you up to speed with the latest technology news and reviews from across the globe!

Its been a fairly busy week for the technology world! Whilst the legendary chess player Mr Kasparov was doing battle with the 'X3D Fritz' program, another legal war exploded into the court rooms, launched by a group of Microsoft rivals (including RealNetworks and Sun Microsystems) have accused the software mega-giant of unfairly monopolising the market. Although this is the conclusion of a four year legal battle the EU is expected to give a ruling much later next year.

The main news the computer modification world this week is the completion of Mashie's jaw-dropping 'Y2K Bug', I never thought he'd be able to beat project Anemone but he really has surpassed himself this time. Check out his personal website for more of his projects. In modding reviews, RipNet-Uk have a review of the Matrix Orbital USB 'MX-2' LCD.

Its hardly been quiet here at PC Review either, we've been reviewing the curious looking 'OmniVox' that'll turn any flat surface into a huge fully functioning speaker, read the full review here.
