PC Constantly refreshes

Hi When I click on My Computer , Netw Neighb, Windows Explorer , My
Documents etc my PC refreshes.This happens in safe mode as well. It opens
office
and winzip icons on my desktop only . I do have access to the registry.
I can't run CD's or open my stiffy drive as my PC refreshes before I can
open My Computer.

Common issue. Ad-Aware has solved this for many XP users. If it doesn't,
