Password Cache

Maybe I should be a little more specific. Problem is that
I changed my domain account password. But I use my local
XP account which matches my domain account, on my laptop
which I also reset to match the password of my domain
account. Now when I logon on to my laptop using my local
account and try to access network servers I fail auth.
When I look at the security log file on the server that I
failed I noticed that it is using the old password. The
reason I know this because i tried renamed the locak
account on my laptop so that it is completely different
from the domain account and it stills trys to use my old
domain account. So somehow it is caching the username and
password of the domain account but it is not the correct
password.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this or if there is
a way around this. I noticed that I cannot get into all
of my servers. I can still access some servers but not
all.

None is referred to in the page, so I think all you can do is use an
account to adminster the passwords that has access permissions to *all*
the caches concerned
