Passthrough Sites

I am having trouble with Passthrough Sites. When I start IE6 I notice that I am being directed to a Passthrough site, (Search200.com\passthrough). I have tried changing the home page setting, but when I restart IE6 the Passthrough site is reset as my home page. I have gone to the Registry to remove and replace the "StartPage" setting, only to find it has been reset back to the Passthough site upon rebooting of the computer. As a result of the passthrough site, IE6 freezes, which causes the computer to freeze. How do I resolve this problem?
