page fowards

When i am trying to go to some websites the page starts loading then fowards to a page (http://209.47.15.67/int/set?type=468-60) with usually some amazon ad, and does this everytime i try to go back or refresh, not letting me go to the page. If anyone knows how i can fix this i would appreciate it greatly.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

I used hijakthis to get rid of alot of garbage, and it seemed to have taken care of it, and made my internet a little faster. Thank you for your help.
