Outlook's 2007 damaged PST

Guest

My computer crashed few times, and the Outlook 2007 as a result with it. The
PST was damaged and now I can not copy emails from it to a new one (not even
export them). I can only move folders around within the same PST. In addition
the tasks come up everytime I get a new email (as a new task in there). What
can I do to extract the emails to another PST?
Any place you know I can look or ask for help???

Thanks so very much,

M. Bodik

Hi Patrick,

Did not help. It found some errors and repaired them all, but still can not
copy or move the major part of the messages to another pst...
Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

M. Bodik

Use scanpst.exe on the file. You can find the program in Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12

Alternate scanpst with scandisk or another disk repair tool 3-4 times. The problem may be with the disk.
