Each time I open Outlook I get the following mesages
Cannot create instance at AVG 7 Kernel, err=0x80040154
The addin "C/Program~1\Grisoft\AVG7\avgxch32.dll" could not be installed or
loaded

Because you have an improperly installed AVG virus scanner add-in installed.
Click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and either COM Add-Ins or Add-In
Manager and locate this add-in. Uncheck it.

Alternatively, open AVG Control Center and disable email scanning.
