Environment:
PC: Windows XP Pro, Office XP Pro
Server: Win2k with Exchange 2K

I have a PC that is configured to used offline folders.
Whenever it does a synch (F9), I get an error message:

0x8004010F - An object could not be found.

It looks like the default Outlook folders synch OK, but
the folders that the user created do not fully synch.
There are 1 or 2 items in the offline folder, but 100's
in the server folder of these user-created folders.

Any help woud be greatly appreciated...Neil

We've seen this most often when the offline address book on the Exchange
server was corrupted and needed recreated.

Thanks, I'll try that. Is there a KB article that shows
you how to re-create the OAB? Also, I have many other
PC's configured for offline folders, but only this one
that gets the error message. Could it be something else?
Thanks...Neil

Don't know. When we got the error, we crabbed to our Exchange admins and
they recreated it.
