Outlook Today

I connect to our Company's exchange server and they have pushed down a page
on the intranet as everyone's Outlook today home page (no customize button).
I would like to use the default Outlook today with the customize button, but
everytime I go to "Restore Defaults", it returns to the same page from the
intranet. If I choose a another webpage from the internet/intranet, it will
stay as the home page for Outlook today. Is there any way to get the default
home page with the customize button?
