Outlook Time Stamp

I have one Outlook 2002 client out of 50 which time stamp did not change with daylight savings time. The clock on the pc is correct, and the clock on the exchange server (5.5) is correct, but the time stamp on the messages is now around an hour behind. Any ideas

Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Time Zone
