Outlook Signature File

Denyse

Hi All

Using MS outlook as my default email editor.

Is there a way, that I will be able to select to send new emails with
or with out the signatures?

The only method that seems to be around will be to go to options
andselect none, any other options besides this?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure which version you are using but this ought to work. Create a new
signature only make sure it is blank. When you prepare an e-mail you can
select the signature you want, including the blank one.

Of course. Create as many signatures as you please. By default, do not
specify a signature. Then, after composing your message, click the
Signature button on the Standard toolbar and add the signature you want.

What would you like to see? If you use Word as your mail editor and are
using Outlook 2003, you can set up per-account signatures.

Open Windows Explorer. In the Address field, enter

%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures

Click Go.
