Outlook Prompting for Password



All my clients are using Outlook with POP3 accounts. Out of nowhere every
user is constantly asked to provide there email account password, I don't
believe its anything on the server but can't seem to pinpoint the problem,
has anyone seen this before. I contacted the email provider and they said its
nothing on their side.

The email works about 50/50, clients recieve several emails or it works for
10 - 20 minutes then prompts for a password again, put in the password and it
works for awhile then 20 minutes later nothing.
