Outlook - out of office replay

Is it possible to automatically start "out of office replay" if you forgot
it?
I mean, to send a e-mail from an phone or another computer who activate a
rule in Outlook who starts the "out of office replay"-function?

Not with a phone call or E-mail, but if you use an Exchange server and your
company has Outlook Web Access, perhaps you can do it that way.
