Hello,

Inbox.dbx may be corrupt. We need to reset your inbox folder.

1) Transfer your messages in inbox to another folder as the we are going to
reset your inbox folder -- which means all messages in inbox will be deleted

2) Go to your message store folder. The message store folder can be revealed
by going to Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder.
Copy the whole string in the box by right-clicking the string > Select All >
(right-click again on the string) > Copy .

3) Go to Internet Explorer > right-click the address bar > Paste > (press
Enter). A window with the folder should pop out.

4) Close Outlook Express

5) Delete 'inbox' ('inbox.dbx' if you do not have file extensions to be
shown) in the window that popped out

6) Start Outlook Express and a new Inbox.dbx should be recreated
automatically and you should be able to delete mails properly

Alternatively, post in the outlook express newsgroup
