The emails sent out from Outlook Express 6.00 have Date Headers, having Time
formats in the manner below:
The Time Formats
Sat, 5 Nov 2005 08:38:40 AM -0500

There are AM/PM strings after the Time in the Date Headers. These do not
pertain to the Standard Date Formats defined by rfc 2822.

These are being seen in the following version of Outlook Express:

Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180
Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2180

Request inputs on this...if this is a known issue where mails from Outlook
Express have Date Headers with Time Formats having AM/PM
