I have a user who is a PA to one of the directors. She has full permissions to the director's calendar, and can send meeting invitations out on behalf of her boss. She has flagged an issue with me where when she sends out meeting requests to a group of people, the meeting request is NOT ALWAYS automatically appearing (as 'tentative') in the calendar of another director. Does anyone know of any reason why this might happen? This is a big problem as the other director occassionally misses meetings she is required to attend. Any ideas on why this might happen? Thanks, QH
