outlook Bounced message

I keep getting e-mail bounced messages saying that my
email folder is full. I have deleyeted all sent and
deleteted items as well as most of my inbox and it still
says full. How di I clean it out.

It's not your local mailfolder that is full, it's the
mailbox at your ISP. Have you got "Keep a copy on the
server" set perhaps?
