OUTLOOK 2007 Address book nightmare

I am already pretty frustrated with so much to tinker with OL2007.
A year ago I loaded OL2007 to my laptop and migrated all the info from my
previouse OL2003.
Now that I got a new PC and want to tranfer files from my laptop to my PC I
found out there is a problem making my contacts show up on my address book.
What is wrong with this picture?
I know there are some bright minds out there and maybe one of them can shed
some light and get my sanity back.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

to add to your frustration, but the Microsoft webpage can be confusing
