outlook 2003 will not open

when I double click on my short cut I get a hourglass for a few seconds and
then it disappears and nothing happens . I have gone to the start button and
followed the menus to the main icon for the program and again othing happens
this just started this morning. any ideas?

Check your task manager. Click on the Processes tab and sort your processes
alphabetically. Do you see multiple instances of Outlook.exe running? End
them and then try again.
