Outlook 2003 automatically moving messages

I want to have Outlook 2003 automatically move messages
from a person into a folder I specify. In Outlook help,
it says go to Tools, then Organize, and look for the
second bulleted item. Problem is there is no second
bulleted item...just one bullet which says "Move selected
message below to..." and lets me pick one of my folders.

So, I can MANUALLY move an individual message, but that
defeats the auto feature I am trying to use. I know I can
create a rule to do it, but isn't Outlook 2003 supposed to
do this for me?

It seems that OL 2003's auto feature, if working, would
take the place of a program I used in Outlook 2002 called
PopFile, which uses X-Text-Classification to automatically
deliver messages to specified folders.

Thanks...Joe

I figure I can use the rule to create it, but why does
Help say there should be a second bullet point there?
Thre IS a second bullet point under Tools...Organize in
Calendar, and also in Contacts, just not one in Mail.

Thanks for the quick reply!!

The rule is how Outlook 2003 does it for you. The Organize function,
which I haven't used in a long time actually, just helps you create the
rule I think.

I'm not sure. My first guess would be that it's a mistake in the help
file. <grin> I don't see a second bullet point under Organize in Mail
either, for what it's worth.
