Hi,
The problem you are experiencing is likely to be caused by a corrupt Outlook profile or .PST file. Please perform the following steps to create a new profile and test.
- Close Outlook.
- Right click on the Microsoft Outlook icon on the Desktop and click Properties.
- Click the Show Profiles button.
Note: If you cannot find it, please double click the Mail icon in the Control Panel.
- Click Prompt for a profile to be used and click Apply.
- Click Add and type "new" in the Profile name box. Note: Please don't choose the same name of your original profile.
- Choose Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
- Choose your email type and type the necessary information.
- Click Next and click Finish.
- Click Finish to exit.
- Reopen Outlook.
- Choose the new profile in the profile list and click OK.
