opening in new window + javascripts don't work anymore?

hello,
i found on these boards some other guy who had the same problem, his
e-mail doesn't work anymore + i don't see the fix in reply :/

So i'm asking it again to you all,
since a few days i can't open most links in a new window + most
javascript popups don't work ??
i'm running windows XP pro SP1 english
i hope anyone can help me out with this, cause i can't see alot of
site's anymore

Make sure the Library files are registered correctly in the system registry:
1. Click Start, click Run
2. In the Open box, type regsvr32 <filename> , where <filename> is one of
the following file names, and then click OK :

- Shdocvw.dll
- Msjava.dll
- Urlmon.dll
- Mshtml.dll
- Browseui.dll

3. When you receive a message that states that registration succeeded, click
OK .
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to register each of the files that are listed in
step 2.
