OL 2000 Select "Send From" Account

I used to have OL 2002. It had a drop-down on the "Send"
button that allowed me to choose the account from which I
wanted to send the e-mail.
How do I get OL 2000 to let me choose a specific account
to send from - NOT - to have the e-mail read "On Behalf
Of ..."?

Outlook 2000 doesn't support that feature, except in Internet Mail mode -
see Help, about to see which mode you are using.
