Oh Jeeze.. I just upgraded my computer... put in new CPU, Motherbard,
512RAM... and a new Video Card... Now when I startup my computer i get this
error:

We apologize for the inconvienence, but windows did not start sucessfully.
blah blah blah etc etc ... Then
Safe Mode , with networking, with Command Promt, Use last good config, Start
Windows Normally.

WELL.. No matter WHAT I choose... MY computer just restarts and does this
over again. What do I do?

Toby;
Normally a Repair Installation is required after a motherboard
replacement to properly detect the new hardware.

Repair Installation:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/tips/xp_repair_install.htm
Windows Updates will need to be reinstalled.
Data should be safe, back-up important data just in case.
Install Service Pack first and by itself.
Then install ALL Critical Updates no more than 4 at a time,

Disconnect the network/modem cable before starting repair and do NOT
reconnect the cable until repair is completed and firewall is
installed/enabled.
