OfficeXP Powerpoint unable to play inserted music and video

My OfficeXP 2002 Powerpoint used to be able to run slides with inserted music
and videos. However, after I ran a pack and go done with Office 2000 on my
OfficeXP, it seems that all slides I have done with my OfficeXP that included
music and videos(movies) can no longer run.

I have tried repairing by the fuction available under help and even
downloaded latest updates. All done in vain.

Does anyone know to fix this? Or is re-installing OfficeXP the solution?

Please advice. Thanks.
