offer remote assistance

When I selected offer remote assistance and type in the
IP of one of the machine that is on my network it comes
back with

"access to the requested resource has been diabled by the
administrator"

Where do I turn this on?

go to group policy -> computer configuration ->
administrative templates -> system -> remote assistance -
