Odd Communication Issue

We are setting up some new (Win XP Pro) boxes on our NT
domain. The first classroom (25 machines) configured
nicely. No problems.
The second classroom allowed the first 6 machines on with
no problem. Now I get an error message whenever we try to
join the domain: The specified domain either does not
exist or could not be contacted.
We are configuring the machines exactly the same as
before - I went and copied every network setting from one
that is communicating with the domain.
Again, this is a Win XP Pro client trying to communicate
with a WinNT 4 domain. All servers are at SP6a.

Thanks!

Dave

Are the first 6 computers still connecting to the domain?

Suggest contacting your domain administrator to make sure
they didn't set a "quota" (maximum) for the number of
computers you could add to the domain (had that prob here
initially)

Second. Check to verify port security wasn't tripped
(had that prob when using ghost to clone the drives and
the configuration caused a "duplicate name/ Ip address"
on the network)

Hope this helps.

Sounds like a network issue.
