no more connection can be made to this remote computer

hi
i recently upgrade my pc server from win 98 to win xp pro so it's also can work as internet connection sharing setting
this server i did to share our working file and we are more than 15 of us sharing at one time at their own repective folder
recenlty i had lot's of problem connetting to their folder, when try to connect sometime it's said ' server is not accesible you might not have permision to use network contact administrator, no more connection can be made to this remote computer to this time and so

can anybody help me with this and how to solve this problem

Windows XP has a 10-user limit.

If you need more than that, set up a second XP server to handle the overage, or change products to one designed for a larger number.

Its spelled out in the license.
