New Virus

My wife got an email and opened it up on her computer.
Norton Antivirus said it was a virus and couldn't repair
the file. I need to know how to get it of my wifes
computer. The virus's name is W32.Netsky.P.dam. If you
could email me with the fix or something, I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi Joe,

A removal tool can be found here:

However, W32.Netsky.P.dam is a corrupted sample of W32.Netsky.P-mm. This
means that it does not function. Delete the file and you will be
Netsky-free!
