Hi,

since you changed your motherboard, you will most likely have to reinstall
your Windows XP. Old installation point to the drivers that worked with old
motherboard, but they won't work with new one. E.g. one thing that changed
is Hard Drive controller, which means you need new driver, while your old
installation points to the old one. Since it can't find driver for e.g. your
hard disk controller to read and write to your hard drive it won't boot,
etc....

You could try with this:
How to force a Hardware Abstraction Layer during an upgrade or an
installation of Windows XP

Simply install xp cd,boot to cd,install xp,new copy,delete old partition(xp),
create one, then install xp.A repair wont cut it with new board.
