need full system recovery without discs

the help and support on computer tell me u can do a full system recovery ,,,, but doesnt say how,,,,,, says files are hidden on hard drive,,,, can u give me the steps,,,,, didnt make discs,,,,,, lol,,,,,

Talk to whomever sold you the computer since they know where and how
they hid the Windows XP files and how to use them in a recovery
operation.

Hi, I was asking if you had a Hewlett Packard, because I have one also and
it didn't come with recovery disks, only a partitioned recovery. Let me know
if it's a HP computer. K? I may be able to assist.
