Need advice

I keep getting hit from 64.44.160.38 and when I go to the
address I get a message that reads:ME AM NINJA MIKE U
TAKEN MY CRACK U ARE 2 DIE. It has been stoped each and
every time by Norton, but is there any way this 'Ninja
Mike' can be stopped?
