Naming Printers for Humans

Is it possible to configure our shared printers so that they appear to users as just "Printername" instead of either "\\servername\printername" or "printername on servername"?

My users don't know what a server is or does, don't care, and I don't think they should have to...

I'm running all XP machines and Windows Server 2003. Any ideas?
 
Tha's not easily done, however if the user's logon to a domain, why not map it at login, then the users dont have to worry about it at all?
 
Thanks Ashleigh. In that scenario, each time a person logs on to a server within the domain, a script would map each of the printers available at that site is that correct?
