Mysterious Outlook problem

When a certain person sends replies to my Inbox, the text of her reply is
missing, and only my original email to her appears. This only happens with
this particular colleague, and I have not been able to find any rules or
other settings that might be causing this. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!

Often caused by an application that is scanning mail, either on your machine
or on hers. Disable any scanning of mail.
