My memory's being eaten

Hi,
im running XP on a partition of my hard drive, along with
millenium. the problem is that my memory for the XP
partition is rapidly decreasing (nearly a half GB in an
hour). when i open the drive in 'my computer' and look at
the total size of the files inside, it is a lot lower
than the drives apparent total size and stays the same. I
have run two anti virus programmes, but it continues to
shrink. PLEASE HELP

I believe you are talking about hard drive space, NOT memory.

Hmm, half a gig is what, 500 megs? Perhaps a dozen or so music video
files going into cache as you view them. May be quite normal.
