My computer has been hijacked.

Our computer has been hijacked. It is some where in the administration area. We contacted our computer dealer and they recommened system restore so we did that but we are still having trouble installing a program. The full program won't install because it says we are not administrators. Can anyone help

We currently have the following running on our computer
McAffee Virus Sca
Zone Alar
Ad-aware 6.
R-wipe & clea
Ashampo
We also do have a firewall installed.

Try to install it when in "safe" mode.

I am logged in as an administrator. I am trying to install a publishing program, it will not fully install because it says I am not an administrator (although I am). When I contacted mt dealer they said when your computer has been hijacked it is not right there visible for you to see, it is hiden deep within the computer. I have done a system restore but that made no changes to my computer. Any help would be great. I am to the point of uninstalling XP and starting over.
