Multiple IRP complete request

My DELL pc 8300 keeps craching, and I keep getting a blue
screen with the message of a
MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUEST and the numbers
0X00000044 0X851953F8 0X00000D60

Can anyone help me solve this problem.
