WinXP + SP1. Cable modem connection only.

Sometimes when I try to shut my PC down I see some windows called
HiddenFaxWindow and MUA which say that they can not be shut down and
do I want to cancel them or I cal let the system force them to close.

Why do I get this?

Is this a sign that my XP is messed up?

If so then should I do?

HiddenFaxWindow seems to be from the Fax service. Disable the Fax service,
it doesn't work with cable anyway.

Better yet, uninstall Fax Services.

I have no idea what MUA is. mua.exe is an Internet worm.

Scan for spyware.
