msrexe removal?

Does anyone know how to remove the process msrexe.exe? I
searched for the file but I have not found it anywhere on
the computer, I know it's a trojan but my AVG couldn't
heal it. And there is another process called Save that
is on the startup, I stopped it but I want to remove it,
but nothing has worked. I used AdAware and it didn't
remove it. And also there is a trojan called bispy A and
bispy B that has infected bi.dll and AVG couldn't heal
it, I just want to know how to heal these problems. I
know it's a lot but any help is appreciated. Thank you

AVG is an anti-virus program,not an anti-trojan one.
