Is there anyway to move all the files outlook would need from oen computer to another with one step?

I have Outlook 2k3 and am moving to a new computer. I know I have the PST files with the data, I
can export the rules, etc. But is there anyway to have Outlook just export everything to make it
nice and easy?

--Old Emails (PST files)
--Rules
--Mail Settings (POP/SMTP info for multiple accounts)
--anything else.

1. Pst files are automatic with Outlook copying the .pst file.
2. Export the rules using the Rules and Alerts Options Setting.
3. Accounts have not been exportable since Outlook 2000/98 IMO.
4. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
