Moving Address Book and Favorites

I have recently purchased a new computer and have been
unable to move my address book and favorites from the
previous computer running Windows 98. The address book in
my old computer will not allow me to save as a *.wab file
and when I copy the wab.csv file Windows XP doesn't give
any option but a *.wab file to import.
Can any one help???

You should save your favorites by going into internet explorer, file
menu, import and export. Then bring them into your new computer via a
floppy (probably best if the floppy is formatted on the XP computer),
and import in the same way. I don't use OE, but I'm under the
impression that it has the same option.
