Is it possible to have more than one item on the WinXP clipboard?

I think MS Word manages to store several previous items so that the
user can choose one. Can I do this on WinXP?

Do I need to install a third party utility?

Thanks for any advice.

You need a third party utility. Do a search on Google or your favorite
shareware site for something like "clipboard manager".

No, since I don't use one. Just do a Google for "clipboard manager" and
you'll find lots of them. Download and try some (one at a time).

Look for Yankee Clipper at

It is freeware and has been recommended at the alt.freeware newsgroup. To
