I frequently face the problem of file "mmulj.exe and mmulj.dll", these
file is appear on screen due to anti-virus software, the massage is "
Quarantine is fail, cleaning is fail" if problem is still present
please send a report to microsoft, when I click don't send, the
massage appear again and again, and I could unable to do work. please
told me a solution, how can stop this massage form reappear. I use the
Avast Anti-virus updated.
 
Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.

(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with

Your system is infected and your A/V software isn't quite doing the job.
Those two files are almost certainly malware.

Since you know the names of these files, try booting in Safe Mode, locating
those files, and renaming them (say, to mmulj.bad and mmuljdll.bad) so that
they can't reload and can then be dealt with by the A/V software.
