missing tracking tab on sent emails

I have my tracking options set to send me a read receipt
for every email I send. I receive read receipts, but
delete them as soon as processed. My problem is that I no
longer have a 'tracking tab' on any of my sent emails. We
recently upgrade from 5.5 to Exchange 2003.
Anyone have any resolution?
