Missing Toolbars

I am using windows XP and internet explorer that came
with it. My toolbar vanished suddendly and now it is not
possible to get it back. Please do not tell me to right
click the mouse and click on show toolbar. I tried all
means even removing internet explorer and then adding it.
I don't know whether this problem has occured only after
I loading service pack ? Kindly advise.

I can not see even the bar which has " file, view, ..,
help"...so there is no question of trying View?

Thanks a lot! I thank you from bottom of my heart. It is
working now...I did not hope that anybody would be able
to solve this. I showed to software experts also, but
they could not do it. Everyone was blaming microsoft
product and some bug in it..You did it for me .. Thanks a
lot..

May I know what is the function of F11..Also any
precautions for not having this problem..

Thanks for your comments but this is a FEATURE of Internet Explorer...
)

It's the full screen option.

You can easily test this by pressing F11. Full screen... standard... full
screen... standard.
