mis function of Internet explorer

I have a 2 year old XP program and the Internet explorer
will not receive the broadband signal from Direcway. The
Direcway is functioning, IE is reading but takes 30
minutes to receive just one web page. I have ran Norton
Pro, Lavasoft.de for viruses and trojan horse.
Can I fix from my software or do I need to download
something?
 
contact direc way support. your program may be corrupted or
a setting is not right or your dish may be out of line with
the satellite, enough to cause poor signal power.
