Hi, my company just installed Outlook on all our computers at work and there
is a rumor going around that everyones emails are being forwarded to the boss
which we know is not against the law but I am curious to know is there a way
where i can find out if this is true. I appreciate any help I can get on
this one.

I suppose you could set read receipts, otherwise no, you can't tell because
its likely happening on the email server.

Diane thank you for getting back to me so quickly. What does the read
receipts option do & if you wouldn't mind telling me the steps to do it.
Thanks again.

It's an option - you can set it on any message using the options dialog on a
new mail message form or set it for all messages in tools, options, email
options, tracking.

if you set it and you get a receipt back from him for mail not sent to him,
you know he's reading the mail. Not getting receipts from him is not proof
he's not reading the mail though.
