We have 2 computers. when I send an e-mail in html format to the second
computer it is received as plain text although it is set not to receive email
in plain text.
Any solutions will be greatly appreciated

Hi,

What happens if you call up the email in the "Sent Items" folder of the sending machine? Does it appear as HTML format there? If so, most likely the email you are sending is passing
through a mail server that doesn't support HTML. When this happens the HTML formatting is stripped off, leaving only a plain text message.

The sending machine shows the email in HTML format. In fact, I sent the same
machine to someone else and they received it fine. I had them send it to the
other computer but they inserted the email as an attachment. So after I
forwarded that email attachment, I sent it to the original computer and it
came through as HTML format. I just don't understand. It's only on the other
computer that he has problems receiving HTML formatted messages as plain text
with the graphics as attachment under the subject line.
Any other suggestions?

I forgot to add our email server does supports HTML. I don't have problems on
the computer where I sent the message from.
Thank you for your help.
