Meeting Room

Bad Beagle

Using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I would like to create a meeting room
that all users can use to view the availability but only one meeting room
coordinator can post the appointments. I am not sure if I should just
create a mailbox for the meeting room and allow users to proxy or if I can
use public folders somehow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
