.mdb file

I am trying to transfer a .mdb file from my old Toshiba
onto this new one. However, I can't open the file now.
Any suggestions? I have Windows XP.

An .mdb file is the default file for an MS Access database. Do you have MS
Access or another database program that can open this file type on the new
system?
